Lung mass, choleliths

10 yr FS Boxer cross presented for coughing which seems to have resolved per owner. Please comment on attached thoracic radiographs. I was unable to find a discrete mass 1 week later, but have attached a video of all I could see of more consolidated lung adjacent to the heart. pcDVM actually captured the other still the day radiographs were taken, so I’m definitely feeling like I missed it. Also wondering if you would add any treatment for the choleliths (blood work is pending, but pet asymptomatic).

Radiographs – well define right-sided pulmonary mass-like lesion. Although primary pulmonary carcinoma is most likely, as the coughing has may have been consolidation of the accessory lobe (mucus, pneumonia). Would repeat the radiographs and if still present, then should be able to FNA the lesion. CT scan could also be considered.

Choleliths – often incidental but can cause obstruction of the bile duct (not evident on these images). Correlate with liver enzyme activity and bilirubin. Can be managed with Ursodiol.
